I have sent numerous support requests ( at least 6) to this so called great worldwide company and have not even had a response to say they have had my emails. What a spitefull company all profit and bonuses for the bosses and forget about the people who buy their goods.. I will definately my never buy any sony product in the future. They could learn a thing or two from the smaller companies ie I messed up my phone when I was flashing a custom rom onto it, the phone company (Elephone) not only fixed my phone for free they paid the postage as well, not bad for a smaller company who were not obliged to fix my phone as I broke it. I will never trust Sony again with any product.
I"m sorry to hear that, did you contacted an official Sony Xperia Support? have you checked your spam folder? have you called them? how about live chat?
No didn't call them but I there is a new post off Risked stating that the 5.0 update (yes 5.0) is now rolling out, so I think that 6.0 will be out next year!
