I bought my phone 3 months ago
last night, my M4 (aqua single) suddenly played the music and the smartconnect notified that the earphone had been plugged in but in fact it was not. And in this morning I woke up because my phone kept vibrating and the phone was very hot. At first, I thought it maybe an alarm clock, but it was not. The screen was black. I tried to turn on by pressing the power button but it didn't work. Finally I pressed the turn off button near the SD slot and it turned off. now it's ok
But why did it happen? and should I send my phone to the warranty center for diagnosis? actually, I don't want to send my phone to warranty center because the services are very bad. I already called the support center in Vietnam and it could not connect.
