It started when there was a constant popup message of "xxx.core?" (I think) and I kept pressing ok but it would pop up again. So I decided to turn it off. Then my phone will just keep restarting at XPERIA screen and it won't load anything else when I try turning it off and on again. I tried using Sony PC Companion 2.1>Phone Software Update>Repair my phone option but it was stuck on step 2) prepare. I followed the instructions on the screen but it won't let me move on top step 3) update. I didn't download or make any updates recently. I just got this phone 3 weeks ago. Can anyone help me?
