I had bought a Sony Xperia T2 [ IMEI- removed by hampus] From day one it had problem in the sound quality, it had lots of disturbances and the voice was very slow like something is being played at a very slow rpm. I tried to adjust the sound and voice settings several times but it did not improve at all. After five days of continuous struggle with the 'not so good' hand set and with lots of frustration I went to the dealer hoping that I might get some solution for this, but all in vain! They kept on checking it and the dimwits did not even tell us how to proceed with it and whom to approach and insisted that there is not any problem in the set and it is working fine. Luckily one of my close relatives showed us the way, and thanks to him that we reached the Sony service center near Gannna Sansthan on day 6. There also after unnecessary argument they believed us and ultimately we were able to prove our point. the person at the reception agreed and prepared a job sheet and prepared a DOA. He reluctantly explained us that if there is software problem it will be rectified and if hard ware problem, the set will be replaced within one week.They refused to provide us with any stand by set and asked us to come after 2-3 days for it. It has been more than one week since then and no body tried to contact from the center neither did we receive any call form the Sony center regarding the status update.I wonder is this the quality, the much advertised acclaimed and hyped xperia makers provide! I am writing this whole story because I am in such a profession were I can not do even a single day with out my phone, emails and apps etc My job/work requires connectivity with my staff/colleagues all the time. That was the reason I had bought this dual sim and big screen phone so that I may operate my e mails even while I am travelling. I Chose Sony because of the quality and service the company claims to give. But to my surprise I have had such a bad and frustrating experience from this big company- problems from day one and no body to rectify, support and respond...Why do you say 'Don't settle for good demand great' This is horrible! Now I can not even buy another set, and do not have any other way but, to wait in anger and frustration for any type of action from the SONY people. This, truly is a very deplorable and negligent act on your part and it only reflects the extent to which company is fast deteriorating and all promises are a sham. I think it is mandatory for you to know that previously I had a Samsung set, which i used for more than two years without encountering a single problem. Sadly and quite unfortunately if I add, I took the unwise decision of buying this horrible Xperia model of yours only to face the innumerable troubles which I 'bought' along with this so called phone.Why I switched to SONY?? Who is responsible for the losses which I have faced in terms of financial and in terms of career growth aspects? I had all my numbers saved in it and whatever replacement sets I am using I can't activate different apps and mails in them every time because they are not my permanent sets.This is high time from my career point of view and as I was about get so many interview calls.I may get a call from any organisation which I may miss. I am not able to negotiate many deals if I get late due to improper accessibility to my contacts. How can/do people work smart with Xperia in business??? Hah!! Having such a bad experience from the very first day from such a reputed company, only gives a lesson that these so called big names should never be trusted without a proper market research for the product. Now what I ask [ requesting is inappropriate word for them I feel, does't deserve that] from the company is earliest replacement of the set. I do not want any type of repair in that. I am not going to receive any repaired set.Or else refund my money>>So that I may buy a new phone. I hope to get any urgent reply, from the unhelpful staff and the very irresponsible and negligent people. Do try to read the complete story and act fast! someone should be Be Moved at least.

You should contact Sony directly as well, after all, this forum is for us, users, to help each other
