Storage Space Running Out

Dear Team at Sony XPERIA,

Ever since I bought my first Sony phone, the XPERIA T (which I bought because it was the flaghip Bond phone that year), I have been a fan of Sony phones. I am even considering to buy the XPERIA Z5 now which I reckon is the next Bond phone.

However I would like to point out some things.

I loved Android 4.1.2, the UI was smoother and not oversized. I updated to Android 4.3 and I found lag. The "running apps" on-screen button also displayed big fat icons of the running apps which I didn't like in Android 4.3. Also I don't feel the RAM is enough to run multitasking efficiently.

There is now a major issue. Please find a way to eliminate the storage space running out issue. Every app on my device that can be shifted to the SD card, I have shifted. I don't know how 2 GB allocated for app space is enough in the current Android environment. People buy your Android phones to take advantage of Sony's superior media tech and the vast Android app store, but if we are limited to such a paltry space I don't know how that makes sense. There is anyway a provision for external SD card, which can be used to transfer large quantities of media.

Please send us an update to increase the 2 GB to at least 4 GB or the max permitted limit.

Please respond to my post.

Thank you very much

Joseph
