Standby Mode

Hey guys, normally if my phone was om extended Standby Mode and I wasn't using my phone, I wouldn't receive notifications from F.e. Facebook, Whatsapp etc. I haven't selected apps that should be active in extended mode. And now all of a sudden I'm getting notifications in extended Standby Mode even when I'm not using the phone and no apps are allowed to be active.. What should I do?

Hhmmm.. MMS is not a prob, I don't text message a lot. More whatsapp and I only use WiFi l, no data. But is there sth wrong if I do receive notifications from Fb, IG and Whatsapp even if the screen is turned off and in extended stamina mode without any apps on the white list?

Is your phone locked to a carrier/network branded?

Not strange at all,wifi will be kept on during sleep if you have that option.

Well when I turn stamina mode on there's a note that WiFi will be turned off temporarily or sth like that 😛 nope it is not locked to carrier

Yes,but there is an option in wifi settings to keep wifi on during sleep.

Oh yes I saw that. But even if that option is on, during stamina mode I would not get notifications while the screen was off, but all of a sudden I get them now. Does it has any influence on my battery that it will drain faster since I now get the notifications even though the screen is on?

It shouldn't affect,you will notice if that occurs.

My question was actually if it is normal that you get third party app notifications while extended stamina mode is on with no white listed apps while the screen is off? F.e. Facebook instagram whatsapp
