stamina mode?

Hi, i got the xperia z recently. Have noticed that at times the stamina mode doesnt work properly. When you toggle between it the battery life doesnt change. I then have to reset the phone post which it works fine. This has happened 3 times in the last 5 days.Does anyone know how to fix?

No my cell data is not active as i dont have a data plan in my carrier! I recently installed that battery manager when the battery drain was too much even in stamina mode! It was hardly of any help!

Will a factory reset of the phone be of any help?

I am using the Stamina mode fom day 1. Sometimes it shows a big standby time, sometimes it shows no change at all. Sometimes facebook notifications pop up even if i haven't added to whitelist applicatications. It behaves weirdly.

Stamina mode is just a marketing gimmick..  The phone lasts only for 15-16 hrs.. People claim that they get more than 22 hrs, but it simply impossible if you use data.. Sony should have provided with 3000 mAh battery.. 2330 is too less for 5" screen...

not sure I agree but I don't use SM

I'm happy to get a full day use from my phone, if Sony had decided to fit a larger battery then there would be some trade off with something else like the dimentions or the weight

If I'm using something that I know will drain the power fast I try to make sure I'm plugged in - these include - playing games - GPS navigation - watching video, would stamina make a difference to these types of activities - probably not
