Spiro software problems (need an urgent update)

Hello everybody I am from Venezuela, recently got this spiro cell phone and has these pain-in-the-neck problems:

1. Restarts

2. Gets stuck

3. When calling does not answer

4. Runs out of memory

5. It is slow

I trust Sonny Erricsson and know that they will delevop a decent update. I am a teacher and does not want to ruin this company

reputation among my numerous and students and colleagues in Venezuela and the world.

PS: Downloaded the service update and it says i got the latest version. I do recommend sonny ericsson a firm answer to solve spiro problems....

I suggest that you try to run a software repair of the phone via PC Companion.

If any of the problem remains you should have the phone examined at a repair center. Contact your local support team for more info about repair centers.
