Spiro - Requests for next SoftwareUpdate

Hey Guys, hey SE-Team!

Spiro is my aktucaly phone and there are much problems

The problems stars with the basics of the phone: When I open something, like sounds or videos on the phone, its realy slow. I think the access to the SD(HC) card is difficult to the phone, so I tried java-apps, but mostley they won't start or they givven up after a while. The OS is buggy, the memory or RAM is limited, this fucks me up. The functions are very limited so I would have at least desired video-streaming - is not possible. No rtsp support? Also no full screen for videos? oO

Anyway, java crashes all the time, can't install the simples apps like Opera Mini, annoying. Same in the themes, same in the phone-mode on PC.... The phones itselfs crashes on playing media files...

And yep, I've installed the latest software update, but there was no change, It is tough and slow. SE, please help the Spiro users!

I am having following problem with my Spiro. I already update software but problem remain same.

. while doing sms inbox or conversation mode it gets hanged / restarted .

. while taking pictures, it gets restarted sometimes.

. while browsing internet, at times it gets restarted unnecessarily (even when we are browsing a simple website like Facebook).

. sms memory over ( even though there is sufficient memory available ) It display message "Out of Memory"

Looking forward for response.

My sisters Spiro deleted all music and pictures from the memorycard for no reasone.

have you tried to restart / remove the card-insert the card?

yes and even checked from pc... nothing... memory card is 7 days old.

Does someone have inside information from SE that someone is working on the phones software or i should start thinking about returning the phone and asking the money back.

SE should call all the spiros back for service like they do with cars if something is realy fu*ked up.

i don't think so. The SE-CEO is atm at promotion work for the psp-phones... SE gives all the energy on developing for Android. I think the budget-market for SE is dead. So you should return the phone. But I don't know, if SE is recalling the phone, but that would be nice X10 for all \o/

I don't think they are recalling this phone or making a software update.

I looked everywhere for information but nothing can be found.

I tried to return my phone at the mediamarkt store today,

but the only thing the wanted to do was send it back to sony.

So now I probably have to wait about 3 weeks and then I receive it back

with the latest software which I already downloaded.

Okay,

I saw a review of the news upcomming SE Yendo, which is the newest mobile phone of the SE Walkman Family.

The Yendo looks a bit like do all the things right that in spiro or zylo wrong. The UI looks pretty nice and the feel is smooth. But its an Touchscreen-phone and its about the pricing I paid for the spiro. Yeah, there we go... -.-
