Speakers not working - Sony

Hi All
I installed Unified Remote app on Sony Xperia S with ICS 4.0.4 Build no 6.1.A.0.452.
It works fine for me but after using this suddenly my Speakers stopped Working.
When I checked settings it shows Headphones connected even though that are not connected.
I am able to listen via hands free and when activate speaker mode.

Please Suggest.

Have you tried running a repair via PC Companion to reload the firmware?

Yes i did repair but no help. Even did a factory reset but still no go.

Still facing the issue.
