Speakerphone function dosen't work

Hi.

I just bought my Xperia V, and the speakerphone function dosen't work.

When i make call's and put the phone on 'Speaker', so other people can talk and hear the conversation, the phone dosen't switch to the external speaker, but still sends the audio out of the 'ear-speaker'.

I returned my phone to the store, and they exchanged it to a new one, running android 4.0, and the speakerphone function worked just fine. When I upgraded the phone to android 4.1, the speakerphone function didn't work again. Why is that?

A funny thing i noticed is; When i make a call and tries to put the phone on speaker-phone it dosent work - However, when i recive an SMS/text during the call, the phone suddenly sends the audio to the speaker on the back on the phone, and the speakerphone function works.

Why is that?

Has anyone got a solution for this?

As this appears to have happened when you have loaded the firmware, it would be worth backing up your data resetting the phone and running a repair:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
