Package File Invalid

Please answer. Whenever I download apps that are package file invalid, my phone memory gets low. The download is unsuccessful but it still occupies phone memory even I restart my phone. I even try downloading cache cleaners but none of them works. I'm tired of resetting my phone. Thank you.

I downloaded an app having the size of 28mb. The free memory of my phone was 167mb. The app was package file invalid. From 167mb, it became 130mb. I tried to download it again and was successfully installed. I transferred it to sd card but the free memory became 120 mb only. I downloaded a cache cleaner but it went down to 101 mb. I restarted my phone but nothing happened. I uninstalled the recently downloaded app and the cleaner. In the end, the 167-mb free memory went down to 120mb.

Why does it happen? I'm really concerned with the phone memory. My phone is Xperia Mini Pro. Having phone memory of less than 100mb, it becomes very laggy. By the way, I'm using ICS and I hate it. It is really slow unlike when my phone was on GB. On GB, it was fast.

Google  has acknowledged that there is a problem with their Google Play Store.

There are a lot of people complaining about this problem.

I looked around the net and someone said to install Hideman VPN from the Google Play store.  I got the app,  then set Hideman to connect to Google Play via Canada, verses my default which is the USA.  I assume this connected me to a different google server, that did not have a messed up database.

It fixed my problem 100 percent ... with three different applications, including Google Search on my Tablet. 

You only need to do this for the applicaitons that don't work once.

I will let everyone know if I have any more problems with this.
