when i call somebody, i can´t hear him and he also can´t hear me!!! also when i play music loudly (without headsets!) there comes nothin from the speaker!! the music is playing but you can´t hear anything!! pls help me! its a 2 weeks old smartphone, it´s the xperia sp! android 4.1.2
