sound problem

The other day I took off my cap to my Xperia Miro to clean, 'cause there was dust. I blew the speaker i dusted it off. Then I put a song and the sound sounded distorted. It sounds good. Help please. I thought it might be the headphones xLOUD but sounds good. It only happens if the volume is about the maximum.
