Sound problem

I have a XPERIA E4. When i watch a movie with my earphones at full sound automatically it is turned to 63% to prevent ear damage and i can not disable that. what should i do ???

Thanks for the answer. I didn't press anything when it showed the message and now whenever i start my video player is already stuck at 63%. Any suggestions ??

That's odd, what if you restart the phone?
