Sound issues as cannot fully insert 3.5mm headphone jack into the Xperia go dock

Hi for some unknown reason I cannot plug my headphones 100% into the Xperia Go dock anymore.Half a mm of the male plug remains outside the phone causing sound issues (no stereo, left/right speakers working alternately...that is to be expected without a proper contact all the jack "black" sections).

Looking at it under direct lighting, there is nothing stuck deep inside the dock that would prevent it from clicking.

Any ideas please ? I've been using the phone for 6 months and never had this issue.

Check inside !You may find a little rubber (seal)from the protection cover of the headphones.Use  tweezers to remove that. At least that was to my phone some months ago....
