Sound is not working on Z1

the sound is not working anymore on my Z1 , it work when i connect the headphon , so i just can hear sound when the headphon is connected !!!

i try to rest the phone but still the same problem ,

any solution for this

No,the update centre on the phone cannot be used to repair your phone's software.Usually,it gets small updates OTA(album,walkman etc).

there is 2 model for Z1 , which  one should i chosse ?

There should be Xperia Z/Xperia Z1(C6916).

just one more question , i want to install the previous edition from Android 4.2 maybe it will solve the problem
