Sound is not working on Z1

the sound is not working anymore on my Z1 , it work when i connect the headphon , so i just can hear sound when the headphon is connected !!!

i try to rest the phone but still the same problem ,

any solution for this

Settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data and restart your phone.

I do not think it is hardware,but after you repair,we can say more accurate what it is.After repairing,come back and say how is it.

Is it the same as the app 'Update center' already installed by default on the Z1?

I don't like it to be forced to use a operating system on my computer (not windows not OS-X but BSD). Also i prevent to use the bus connectors(like usb) a lot on the Z1. So that the bus covers stay waterproof. (i use wifi for transfers between Z1 & computer)
