sound and vibrate problem

I need help for my ARC,

after update tp ICS I can't turn off dial pad touch tones, touch sound screen lock and vibrate on touch

I have already uncheck the boxs on the sound system setting but it's still sound and vibrate.

are you using a third party Dialer? go to settings -> sound and take a screenshot

I dont use thrid party dialer,

I had try to go to setting -> sound and take a screenshot but it doesn't working, and still sound and vibrate

to take a screenshot you have to use the power button and volume

I have to flash my phone back to ICS but I remember there were few things that you couldn't turn off

so it's couldn't be turn off? this make my ARC slowing down
