Sound access in settings

When accessing the sound in the settings tab, an error window keeps showing, and I can't access it.
Any other way to open the sound settings?

Try settings-apps-all,scroll down to settings app and clear data. See how it is.

Hi,
It works fine now.
The funny thing is, what happen to unable it's use?
it started after I choose a notification sound (by mistake), which was a 3,1mb mp3 file.
After several attempts to access the sound app, I change the file location, after what, It open the app.
Thank you for the help.
