Sort Music in Walkman

I will assume this has been addressed, but is it possible to sort the music in the Walkman app by date, name, artist, etc.?

I really want to use the Walkman app because of the Clear Audio feature, but the lack of sorting is making me want to switch to another music player.

Am I missing something?

you can only sort them by artists albums songs folders

Can you point me out on how to do this? Idk why I cant find the feature

Can I do this from Walkman Favorites? Or only from created playlists?

I am talking about sorting music WITHIN A PLAYLIST

Via your Pc connected to your phone put your albums in their folders etc then on your phone open Walkman app and tap the top left corner and select for example Albums then you will be able to swipe left or right to go between artists etc etc

I get that, but what I am saying is, for example...I have music in my "Walkman Favorites" playlist

What I want to do is sort the songs within that playlist only...not all my music

Can I sort the music within the "Walkman Favorites" by name, artist, album? So it would be easier to scroll and select songs within that playlist without having exit the playlist and search for the songs manually....I hope I am making sense

Yes you make sense but this feature isn't available however what I can do is message the team to take a look at your post and then they will be able to escalate this to the correct team - So if you don't receive a reply from a Sony staff member please be reassured that they will have read your post
