Sony ZL unlock problems

Hi to all...

I'm having a problem with my Xperia ZL, i bought it with a company "Personal Argentina", after a year i requested the unlock code, now i entered the unlock code and the phone apparently was unlocked.

But, when i insert a sim card of another company it did't get service from the other carrier...

in the Service menu, *#*#7378423#*#*, in the simlock section, it figures as unlocked NETWORK [ ] ....

If i insert a sim card of Personal Argentina it works, but with other companys no. Could you help? there ir another place where i have to unlock the phone?

Hi Jake, no, the fraquencies in Argentina are the same for the 3 carriers (Personal - Claro - Movistar), the phone was originally at Personal, now it is unlocked, but doesn't work with Claro neither Movistar

i've already called to the 3 carriers asking for a solution but no luck, they say that my phone is the problem.

My phone says bootloader unlock allow: NO, cuold it be a part of the problem?

You can't unlock the bootloader because the phone was locked to a carrier/network branded, and they requested for the bootloader to be permanently locked, but that has nothing to do with this problem. 

I don't think it'll make a difference but you could repair the phone with PCC and if that doesn't work, contact your Local support

Hi @uliwooly, i've already tried to repair software, in fact i already replaced the original firmware (with bloatware of personal) with the free firmware, and no changes =/ no luck =S

And the worst part? In Argentina there isn't a Local Support =(

I bought the phone at Telecom Personal Argentina, i've already talked with personal and they said me that the code that they gave me is valid and no more help than that. =/
