Check if my Z3 D6646 is brand new or refurshibed

I recently bought a Z3 D6646 in Bolivia. Here there is no official Sony support and I bought mine from a local store. The phone looks okay but I'm not entirely sure if it's brand new or used/refurshibed and that is kinda common here.

I looked up my IMEI and put in on imei.info and it says that it's a Sony Xperia Z4 Ultra but that doesn't make any sense: first that cellphone has been canceled and second it's much bigger than my smartphone. I also tried to put my IMEI in Son'ys website but it says is invalid.

The specs of the cellphone look fine but the camera feels underwhelming.

What does the firmware on your phone say?  Can you upload a photo?

Try to connect your phone with PC companion:

What do you mean by "What does the firmware on your phone say?", how do I check that. Thanks for the quick response.

Under Settings, About Phone, it shows your phone's firmware number and other info.

Also on your phone > open the phone app > input > *#*#7378423#*#* > wait > wait > wait > service info > service test > total call time

@uliwooly idk, the brightness seems off, I guess I am too exigent.

The total call time is 0000:00:00. I am going to contact Sony support just to be 100% sure.

Are you using Superior Auto or Manual? which light conditions are you taking the pictures? flash on/off?

Superior auto with artificial lights and flash on. This is a photo of my bed, the brightness seems off. Sony's support couldn't tell me much except that my IMEI actually corresponds to a D6646 according to their system.
