Sony Z5 premium

Hi I have just purchesed the Sony Xperia z5 premium from carphone warehouse and the box was not seald and it didn't come with no earphones they said the Sony phones don't come seald and they stopped doing earphones with the phones does anyone know if this is true because when I went into o2 there's was seald and come with earphones. So if anyone could give me any info on this would really help thanks

Items in the box vary per region, as for the seal mine had to stickers on the back, one on each side.

Well I'm in the UK but this is what they said in carphone warehouse but when I went in to the o2 shop there's had two seals like you said and the one's in o2shop had earphones with them but the one I got from carphone warehouse didn't have nether?

My Z5 premium didn't included headphones, some carriers include extra items in an attempt to get more customers.

Ah right OK I thought the chrome one would of come seald with everything tbh it's a bit disappointing that it had no seal and no earphones with the phones at that price every Sony iv had has come sealed with earphones?

I agree with you, but there's nothing else to suggest here, maybe return it and get it from O2?

Like uliwooly said, the contents do differ from region to region, however if you feel that the product should have come with them I recommend you ask the retailer to lodge a missing accessory claim with your local Sony team.

You're not missing out much.
The uk provided headphones are MH750 which are the basic ones sony provide.
The commonly (although not UK) provided charger is UCH-20 which is the newer version of EP880 which is a standard charger.
Both can be obtained from the bay of E for a fiver each and if you really want the cpw exclusive chrome, may be worth just buying a set.
I do have doubts about the box not being sealed, to my recollection all Xperias I've had, have had the 2 circle sony stickers on the box.

I know I'm not that bothered about the earphones tbh it's the no Seale on the box that's bothering me as every Sony phone I've had has come with the Sony seales on them

For the issue with the seals you will have to take that up with the retailer. All devices that Sony manufacture are sent out sealed from the factory.
