i too dropped my phone....it fell out of my pocket as i was getting out of a car about 6inches and cracked the back glass...i would like to know what guarantee i have for that, if not what would the cost be....sony are asking nearly £22 to send it back if i do not want them to repair it....but i cannot get an estimate

I suggest pay 22 pounds and get back the phone and live with it. its just the back not front. changing it would be  equal to buying it new.
