Sony z1 compact camera freeze

When i am taking a photo the camera just freezes. When i lock my phone and unlock it the photo seems not to be saved.

A freezing camera problem had started in my Xperia Z1 Compact a week ago, now there's only a black screen when I want to take a photo. Everyday I'm taking lots of photos and now i can't. It's really annoying.

Yeah don't bother doing a phone repair / factory reset like I mentioned earlier. Problem came back again today. Everyone needs to bombard Sony with emails so they can pull their finger out and get this fixed ASAP

I am updated to 4.4.4. 12.7.2014 and first 14 days my camera not freezed. But after 14 day camere is freezing. I am sick and tired about Sony. Z1 C is expensive phone and camera performance is terrible. Pricture quality and camera freezing.

Bought z1 compact 3 months ago and the freezing camera issue still persists. Its incredibly frustrating, please fix it allready!

This is bullwhip Sony. Sort it out was exact same on a Sony phone I had. I have the z1 compact and the camera keeps freezing and when I throw to my smart TV no sound is played and ye can't even bother to reply. Very poor service and product
product. Sort this out or I'm going back to the nexus.
