When calling someone and want to hang up my screen goes blank and I can't hang up what is wrong with the phone

Does your phone has a protective case or film that might be blocking the proximity sensor?

What is smart key I don't have that

If you don't have it then you haven't installed it as it's for use with headset mainly however try Settings then apps then tap the 3 dots and then tap on reset app preferences then reboot and test however this will reset all setting or changes you have made like ringtone etc back to default
