EDIT: Just to be sure, did you perform the full test while it was in safe mode? As in use your device normally from 100% to 10% while in safe mode?
You can try running a software repair, but I think you will have to have the unit assessed by a repair agent. If the software repair does not work, contact your local support team to arrange a repair.

@Rnaidusa, As uliwooly said your phone is constantly awake, which would contribute to the large battery drain. It is very likely an app that is keeping your phone awake. Try the same tests in safe mode.
