Sony Xperia Z3 repair

Okay, so a while ago I sent in my sony xperia Z3 for warranty repair because it stopped working on me. (I troubleshooted it and everything) and they sent me back a "fully functioning model" which right out of the box didn't have working NFC (I reinstalled the NFC on the phone, Tried it with multiple devices, made sure those devices were working with another phone, used sony repair stuff, etc. It wasn't working period)  I dont use NFC that often so it didn't bother me too much. However, a couple of weeks or so later this refurbished phone out on me (Screen would no longer turn on, and the alarm kept going off.) So I told the people at sony about it through webchat and they just told me to send it in for "warranty evaluation" (Which I dont believe is what it should have been done, because they never sent me back a functioning phone from the first repair so it shouldn't matter if this new one's on warranty still or not.) So I sent it in, it's been 27 days (20 business days, which is well over the approximately the 14 business days they promise). A few days ago I talked to one of their representatives and he said that it wouldn't take past this week. He assured me 100% that it wouldn't. It's now sunday (last day of the week, not on business hours so I feel like it's now officially gone past this week) and they still are giving me nothing. I called them earlier today and asked to talk to the supervisor. The person I talked to said she would schedule a callback with a supervisor at 2:00pm when a supervisor is there. I assume they meant 2:00 pm their time (EST) and it is now well over an hour past 2:00 pm (EST) and no call. Is there anything I can do?

I'm sorry to hear that but this is a user based forum, it's better to stay in contact with them.
