Sony Xperia Z3 Magnetic Charging Port CAME OFF

I've purchased  my Sony Xperia Z3 for one week, today is the first time i use the magnetic charging dock.

The next following thing shocked me up, the magnetic charging port CAME OFF when i lift up my Sony Xperia Z3 from the Magnetic Charging Dock!! What a joke!!

Have anyone got the same problem?

Just wondering, were you using a Sony Dock or did a cheap Dock, I've seen them on ebay, quite cheap compared to Sony's

i use the original sony magnetic charging dock, first time use it and tada! the magnetic charging port just came off

Well contact Sony, that is the first thing you want to do. Return your phone to the place of purchase. DO NOT PUT IT IN WATER IT IS NOT WATERPROOF ANYMORE!

I have the same issue too. Can I ask for the sostitution of the device in warranty? I've already send my device in warranty for two times for the same problem, but they didn't solve it. They changed the magnetic port but the issue is still there.

@fabius that depends on the consumer rights in your country on how many times they are allowed to repair before replacing
