it was second i used the phone since i bought it, the sony z3 dual lte. I haven't put it yet with a sim. On its second day, i opened the camera, with just 1 second, it suddenly all in black, nothing, but i tried to switch it on or restart, it still not working. Until on its 3rd since the problem started. I tried also some other options and solutions i've still not working. As i press volume button, i can only hear sound. As i press the camera button, it takes picture only and flashes but i've seen nothing. Can I return this? I dont want to use the warranty already because it's just few days old only.
Of course you need to use the warranty, if the device is faulty most warranties offer full replacement on the same day if the prblem appeared in the first 14 days of purchase. Just report to your nearest Sony customer care center.
we can only use warranty once only, right? what if they'll replace it and there's again another problem. Ive never even download any applications yet with this phone. i've trusted sony with its quality assurance, but i got so disappointed when my 2 days old sony z3 got problem already.
No, warranty has a period of time, lets say a year, whenever a manufacturing defect appears you can use it, even 1000 times.
why xperia z3 had a sudden black screen but its not switch off? i just opened the camera and suddenly all black. ive press volume up and power button together, it only vibrates. ive press the camera it only flashes and sounds. ive press the volume up & down it only sounds. when i connect to the charger, only lights at the left up corner on the phone. there's nothing ever appears on the screen.

Your phone looks faulty, just return it to a service center and let them investigate it.
