3g network issues in my Xperia M single variant

I am using the Xperia m single variant, I can't able to connect to the 3g network, each time I used to connect to a WCDMA ie. 3g network the signal completely lost, not in one network carrier almost tried 3 network bsnl, airtel and aircel on last week, I tried both WCDMA and preffered network of WCDMA/GSM. In both case network goes completely down. Is that any hardware incapability or its about software issues please help me

Hi,

Have you tried to connect manually to these networks or have you tried with three different SIM-cards from these providers? If you only have tried to connect manually, I suggest that you try another SIM-card in your phone to see if same thing happens.

Try this

repair your phone with PCC > do NOT install any app > uninstall any antivirus > don't even enter your google account > try to see if that works

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

@kiranlal

I remember other users complaining about a similar issues, it seems that the SIM card might be to thin, but it'll be wise to get a brand new SIM card.

Hahaha I tried 3 different network man, nothing with the sim card its about the hardware issues. There is a big technical and manufacturing issue with network ic, even i consulted with service centre in my locality they suggest me to change the network ic.

@kiranlal

so it's not a phone issue but rather a network issue.
