Sony Xperia Z2 phone

Hi.I bought a Sony xperia z2 phone on 22nd october the phone had a trailer of a spiderman flim pre-loaded on to it that trailer has now dissapeared I have not deleted the trailer.I would love to know if anybody else has had this problem.Many Thanks.

Most probably you have removed it, other way it won't get deleted by itself. Still have it on my Z2.

Thats the thing I wouldnt know how to delete it unless it was by accident.How do I get the trailer back?
