Can´t call wiht the phone

I can´t call, send sms or recive calls and sms with the phone it says no network but internet work fine. It´s not stolen. The simcard works fine in my old xperia.

Does it work on safe mode?

if it doesn't, repair the phone with Sony PC Companion

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

It´s the same problem in safemode and i try so repair it before but it didn´t help.

Welcome to the community,

Have you tried another SIM card in the device? although the SIM works fine in another device it may not work fine in the Xperia device. This would be something to check.

I have the sim now in my old xperia and it works fine there. But tomorrow i get a new sim so i try and see if it´s work.

Now we figured out that the phone only works with one phonecompany (Telenor). I called the company and they says the phone is not locked  to the company.So it should work with other companys as well.  So why does it only works with Telenor??? I spoke with some people but no one understad why.

I have tryed 4 diffrent companys but only internet works with them, but with Telenor i can call and send sms.
