Sony Xperia z2 earphone speaker problem

Hi had my Xperia z2 about 8 months now not had any problems until now.

My ear (top) speaker keeps cutting out while I'm on the phone with people, tried safe mode problem still there, tried factory reset problem is still there and now I've tried the service test for earphone and speaker and it's working fine.
But when I call out or someone calls in then it still cuts out?
Please help?

Does Sony do warranty for this phone only had it 8 months? And ear piece speaker is broken, no water damage?
