Sony Xperia z2 battery drain

Hi guys I've had my z2 for two weeks now and I noticed that my battery life is quite poor. I have already activated all the power saving tools the phone comes with but to no success. I called Sony and they asked me to plug my phone into my computer and update the new software in which I did. They also told to to disable a few auto update but the main source or drainage is coming from my screen which is set to full and "Adapt to Lighting Conditions" I'm loosing about 3% when the phone is on within 20 minuets without doing anything and when watching a video or running an app it's about 1% in 5 min. Please help or I'll return the phone in exchange for a new one.

 PS My screen is buring between 70 to 83% everytime I check it.

ok let me drain my battery and when it's dead I'll recharge it might retain the battery % more. What does your phone burn? Can you pate a detail battery usage or snapshot please. Is yours similar to  mine?

I have Z1 but the devices are demanding almost the same resources.

Ok I'll go ahead and try this. How much does your Z2 drain in about an hour?

I cannot say,it depends on what I use the Z1 for (gaming,browsing etc).

Been playing viedos for the last 4 hours and the battery life is down to 20% from 80%. 😕

Don't worry,it is good.The display is quite big and all the processes summed up with video playing are demanding.

I've been loosing power a lot but does this reading make sence on my new Z2 device. I'm loosing about 4 to 6% just on setting the phone up. Here's a screen shot.

50 min update. I think it's going own way to fast. What do you all think?

You do have wi-fi,NFC enabled.Also,what network mode do you have? I now think it is going a little too fast.
