Sony Xperia Z1 Totally Dead!

It lived for 2 days after replacing it with the service center and after auto restarting for more then 30-40 times I never came back on. Did hard reset power+vol up, power buttom, red buttom near sim slow as per customer care, did charge all night but no use.

The phone is dead and service center cheated me saying oh its a new handset not a refurbished handset.

Sorry to hear that.

Try the following:

Connect the phone to a wall charger > Press and hold OFF Button(under the cover for SIM) for 10 seconds > Charge it for 2 hrs > Repair the phone software with Sony Update Service.

If that fails, the only thing I can say is to take your phone back for a re-examination.

Well tried the red buttom under sim slot nothing happens, when I connected to wall charger the red led light comes and goes same with the usb connection but phone is not booting up at all. Will charge for 2 hours and see.

It cannot detect under SUS or pc companion nor flashtool, cannot go in fastboot mode or flashmode.

In this case I would have to advise you to contact your local Xperia Care team for assistance in arranging a repair of your handset.
