Futhermore I hope im not crazy but previosly I hadnt dropped the phone once and when I checked the back of the phone there was a massive crack and now the recent drop has made the crack worst. then I searched it up and there are case where the phone has cracked itself. Can i send the phone for repair? I hope I will not be charged because the phone is faulty.
This is not fair at all.
First of all I cannot afford that kind of money as I am a student
Secondly, the phone has bad quality camera, overheats, doesnt charge and the back screen somwhow cracked by itself.
Why am I being charged?
We are unable to answer that question as we are merely members like yourself however I would assume that your phone was inspected and because the back is damaged then they would have found an impact point hence the fee, You could repair this yourself but would loose warranty and more than likely the waterproof ability or if you are unhappy then you need to ask for a deadlock letter and then once you have it you can then take this to trading standards or the small claims court but without the letter I highly doubt either will entertain you
What about my camera issue? can they fix that and not the backscreen (eventhough it cracked itself) Also I did drop the phone because the overheating burnt my hand.
