Hello,
Yesterday, my Sony Xperia U arrived from the Amazon co uk. I turned it on for like 20 minutes and did some stuff on it, then turned it off and plugged it on the charger.
On the next day I unplagged it on the morning and then went to school (didn't take it with me). When I came back the phone wouldn't turn on.
Can this be caused because of overcharging on the first time? (The phone has been charged for 14 hours). I tried putting off the battery and putting it back again, tried to charge it again but nothing helped. However, the red light turns on when it is plugged on the charger. Please tell me if there are any solutions for this
It is not recommended for the battery to be overcharged(it could bulge).Still,I recommend you to force restart the phone(power button+volume up until the phone vibrates one time).See if anything changes.
