Sony Xperia T power button problem 0.o

Hello,

since I updated my Xperia T with android 4.1.2 I have a problem that quite a few times daily (10-20 times) my power button is unresponsive. The phone is turned on, everything works just the screen suddenly wont turn on, no mather how many times I click the power button. even if I put charging cable into the phone screen stays black..and when I have an incoing call the phone rings, but screen stys black.

I need to reebotot it then by holding down the power and volume + rocker for 10 seconds. Then it is all back to normal.

If anyone has an idea what could be wrong I would be very grateful.

There could be a few things causing the problem, however it would be worth running an update first to rule out a software issue:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

I've updated to 4.3 and the same problem. I just press the camera button and it works like the power button, definitely a Android fault.
