Sony xperia p internet problem

I have updatted my xperia p but the only problem is of wifi speed v v v poor and slow 

sm one plzz help me.....

It depends on the speed of your internet connection from the router,make sure you have good signal.

Alexdon is correct; it would also be worth checking what others connected to the same network are doing at the time as they may be using all of the available bandwidth. If not it would be worth at least trying a reset of the router.
