sony xperia miro vibration problem

I recently bought sony xperia miro.Everything is fine except phone vibration.vibration feature in phone is not working properly.It vibrates but at wrong times not as set.so i am not able to attend calls because of that.sometime while playing fruitslice it vibrates for the slice of bomb.Next time i play the game it won't vibrate.sometimes it vibrates at pattern unlock,sometimes it won't.Please help me with my problem.I have set the things correctly then also it's not working..

It's hard to pin point what may be causing this but begin with uninstalling any downloaded app's that could be related to this. If you still have this problem a software reinstall via SUS might be necessary.

Hi johan,The problem was there since i purchased phone.It was there before any app/software installation.And as per your directions,i did SUS but still it's not working.There is vibration but it works at rare times not as set.It is related to software which u can take it as a bug/issue and resolve as soon as possible and i have heard same problem in xperia arc.And if possible please give me contact details of service centers  in bangalore.

Ok. I suggest that you contact your local support team to have your phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

Thank You.You have released latest firmware update 11.0.A.5.5 but i'm not able to update it.I tried using SUS and PC companion.Both of them show the latest available version as 11.0.A.2.10.This update might solve my problem.Please help regarding this.
