Sony Xperia mic issue

People on the other line cant hear what im saying, but when i use headphones or speaker its better. This issue appeared all of a sudden, i didnt drop my phone or put underwater. 

Tried hard reseting nothing changed

Mine works silently and with echo after 2 days underwater, while it should get dry within few hours, speakers, music become clear after 2 hours, but mic holes seem to keep moisture much longer, no air blowing helps and can't use hair dryer to keep the seals working. Any ideas to speed the process up.
