sony xperia lock screen cannot be changed

Hi,everyone! I just updated my sony xperia M to 4.3 Jelly Bean second version, everything was just fine except that i cant change my lockscreen wallpaper using my own album's pictures. Whenever i select a picture, cropped it, the system said that " could not set wallpaper". Im hoping that anyone of you can help me, thanks!!

I too facing the same problem, somebody help....
Mine sony m dual 4.3 jelly factory version.

And also I'm facing a new problem, photo angle changes by 90 degree after connecting to pc or lap
