sony xperia E restart

Please help me.I am experiencing issues  with my xperia E which was bought 3 days ago.I am new to android.When I unlock the screen  it is loading slowly then stuck and then restarts. This happens continuously.

Even I have this issue. This phone is very slow and laggy, I am really tired. Reset the phone twice and still not working smooth, tried to boot the phone in SAFE MODE, trust me its still laggy in SAFE MODE!!
Can SONY help us out without going to a Sony Service Center

First of all you should try to start the phone in safe mode. Press and hold the volume down during the start up to start in safe mode. In this mode none of your downloaded 3rd party apps will start.

If the problem persists I recommend that you repair the phone software using PC Companion:

Restart a phone that's only bought 3 days ago in safe mode?? And repair the phone software? What kind of phone is this that has its programming damaged just within 3 days of use? I too have bought an xperia e about 3 days back and have already discovered two problems in it: WLAN and the FM radio. To put it mildly, sony has lost it. It is all brand and no substance! I would not recommend buying a sony product to any one!
