Sony Xperia E internet problem

Well, I'm trying to update my Sony Xperia E, but every time I try to, a message shows up, that I can't reach the update service. it says I should check my firewall, it could be a temporary internet problem, but even if I turn off my firewall it won't work. Everything else works

I'm talking about the update from the Pc, 11.3.A.2.23

Do you have an antivirus program on your PC? If yes, make sure that your security program does not block the program.

If you are using Update Service to update your unit, I suggest that you try with our other program PC Companion:

And if you are not using PC Companion, try Update Service instead:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/ 

If the problem persist, I suggest that you try to perform this software update from another PC, preferred a PC in another network.
