                I purchase a sony mobil online form Ebay on 25jun 2015

 after six month after update the phone it is not start after many trying and when i am going to service center to repare it they not acceptable and say that it is not our product and we can not responciable

what do they mean that it is not their product? did you go to your local sony service center or to your retailer?

try to download Sony PC companion and repair your phone

The warranty its only available in the country were the phone was purchased, if this phone its not available (officially) in your country then they won't be able to help you.
