Hello, I was running out of space on my device memory so decided to move whichever apps i could to my SD card, there weren't any problems until I decided to open on of the moved apps to see if they still worked. As I did this the screen went dark and nothing worked. I then locked my screen and tried to open it again, this time the phone screen was completely black and nothing was happening. I've tried charging it and the light doesn't come on (even thought the battery was at 97% when the problem occured) and my computer sort of recognises it but the phone remains unresponsive. I have tried several time to turn it on using the power button, but nothing works. Please help! I don't know what to do !
