Was on the phone. Got off a phone call. There were messages like ??.proccesses.?? are not working and kept showing it after i pressed okay. So I did a power button, then reboot. And it went to blank screen after the reboot. And won't go anywhere else.
Phone is charged.
1) Did the power button + volume up (to shut it down).
2) Did the power button + volume down.
Tried each of the four options. Continue Power Up. Safe Mode. Factory Reset. Power down.
3) Did the hard reboot (next to the sim)(needle to the button that'll reset it)
None of them work.
It's still on the Black Blank Screen after the Xperia screen.
Computer (MAC) won't recognize it even when I try to repair it.
I've seen a few posts with Black Blank Screen but a bit different. Wondering if anyone else has ran into this scenario.
