Sony Update Engine Falilure (error 100)

hi,

  I tried several times to update my phone to 11.0.A.7.5 firmware using sony pc companion. But every time it says "sony update engine failure error 100". I have also tried with sony update service, but it failed and said "Your phone may not be 100% charged". I also tried with pc companion disabling anti-virus and firewall, but no good result! Now what can i do? I am running windows 8 with latest version of java.

wifi and internet connection is ok, my service provider has no 3g sevice

what if you try again but this time

uninstall PCC and SUS > reinstall SUS > restart your PC > run SUS and try again

I have tried as you have suggested. But the result is

My battery was then charged at 60%  up.
